receipes for the picnic

Kim...don't forget to post that yummy strawberries and cream receipe. It was really good. Anyone else who brought a homemade dish should put their receipes online for all of us to use. Hi Ellen: It was really nice meeting you. I really enjoyed the picnic and the yummy food. Congrats go out to Kenn and his crew...they did a great job! I can't take the credit for the Strawberry Shortcake it was Rosalie's recipe. 1 block of light cream cheese 1/2 cup splenda 1 tsp vanilla extract 8 oz. coolwhip (light) Mix first three ingredients with mixer then fold in coolwhip. Sorry. You can mix any fruit in with the coolwhip. Rosalie used strawberries and it was really good! Kim
