Hi Deb, I was thinking of Bringing a dish called "Joes Special" Ground Turkey Meat, Spinach, Mushrooms and Cheese... Its a low carb dish I found in a cookbook..... What time is everyone going? I was thinking of 2PM... I have a bunch of clothes I am bringing with me too! I hope they can find a good home! I look forward to see you there! Hope everything is well! Debbie

1 pound of Ground Turkey Meat 2 cups of sliced mushrooms 1 small onion, chopped 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed 4 large eggs, lightly beaten 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray then add ground turkey, mushrooms and onion, cook over medium-high 6-8 minutes, or until onion is tender, breaking turkey meat apart with wooden spoon. Add Worcestershire, oregano, nutmeg, garlic powder and salt. Coo****il meat is done. Drain spinach (do not squeeze dry) stir into meat mixture. Push mixture to one side of pan. Reduce heat to medium. Pour eggs into other side of pan, cook, without stirring 1 to 2 minutes or until set on bottom lift eggs to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath. Repeat untily softly set. Gently stir into meat mixture and heat through. Stir in cheese. 369 calories 23 g total fat 32 gram protein, 8 gr Carbohydrate 1 g dietary fiber Normal 4-6 servings WLS 16 serving
