I forgot to ask...

Bonnie, hair loss is inevitable. I was getting in over 120 grams of protein and I still lost some. It only lasted about 3 months. It is a little scary, but it will stop and grow back as good as new. I also used Nioxin hair products for thinning hair. I guess it stimulated new growth. It doesn't stop the loss. I'd do it all over again for the health results I'm getting now. ((HUGS)) Elissa

If all goes as planned I will have 4 cases of Profect for us to try. It is less than 3 ozs, 25 grams of protein, 100 calories, 0 fat and 0 carbs. I contacted the company and they have promised to either mail them to me in time or have them at the picnic with one of their representatives. We will see!

Bonnie, I have some samples for you to try too. I have trouble drinking the powdered drinks. I survived on World Wide Protein premixed. I really liked the cappucino flavor. I think it's 35 grams per can. It's a little thick, so i added a small amount of water or milk to it See ya soon Deb
