Hi Everyone Hope your day went really well. Mine was going pretty good until I got a call from Dr Wynn. She said my protein is low, really low ( It's 14 ) and she wants me to find some kind of protein drink or what ever that I can tolerate, and push the drinks all day. I have been struggling with this for months. Does anyone have a favorite smoothie recipe that they would like to share?? How about some milk, fruit, with added flavoring?? Thanks Bonnie S.
