Hi Everyone
Hope your day went really well. Mine was going pretty good until I got a call from Dr Wynn. She said my protein is low, really low ( It's 14 ) and she wants me to find some kind of protein drink or what ever that I can tolerate, and push the drinks all day. I have been struggling with this for months. Does anyone have a favorite smoothie recipe that they would like to share?? How about some milk, fruit, with added flavoring??

One of my favorites
Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter High Protein Shake
Serves 2
1 banana, peeled cut half
and frozen
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tbls protein powder
1 cup cold 1% milk
2 tbls peanut butter
3 tbls Splenda granular
or 4 Splenda Packets
1/2 cup crushed ice
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth
2. Serve in 8 ounce glass

Calories 250 Fat 9 grams (3 Saturated)
Carbohydrate 26 grams Fiber 3 Grams
Protein 17 Grams Sodium 200 milligrams
