Ginger. Angel Hair is pretty good. That's what my family will be eating for pasta now. It even has a added bonus. It doesn't take long to cook. See you lighter. Joanne

I can do elbow macroni's with cheddar cheese....it does not hurt but when I do ravoli's and mancotti's forget it! Noodle is too thick. I eat the cheese out of them when we have them for dinner....I get protein one way or another. Debbie

Debbie, I can't eat macarooni but someone told me tonight that the secreat is to over cook it and it is swelled all the way so will not swell in your stomach. Hey it is worth a try. I have eaten frozen ravioli and egg noodles without a problem. See you lighter. Joanne
