Looking for an angel

Hi all. I am kind of new on here. What does an angel do? I don't have one yet! Hope all has a good day. See all lighter. Joanne

an angel is someone who is there to support you and give you encouragement and to let everyone know how you made out after surgery and to talk to you and answer any questions you may have and if they don't know the answer they can post on here and ask for help it is basically like a mentor your friend vickie

Hi Joanne, Welcome to the message boards. If I am reading your profile right, you had surgery on my birthday, April 5 way to go you have allready lost over 80 pounds. If I am right on that, you can come to this message board anytime 24/7 and post any problem concern, wow moment!!! venting, any issue you need to talk about. Also we have support group meetings, just ask and the info will be provided. I know that tonight we have a support group meeting at the PMRI, topic is "does relationships change after wls" cost is 5.00. So, we are here for you!!!! Take care, Dana

Dana: I am from the Eastern Shore of Maryland, so I keep tabs on this site once in a while. What and where is PMRI? I am looking for a support group close to home. I had my surgery in DC and I don't want to travel that far. Thanks Bev
