I have to share this.....I am still on pureed stage but anyone can drink this and it is actually good.
Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter High Protein Shake
Serves 2
1 banana, peeled cut half
and frozen
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tbls protein powder
1 cup cold 1% milk
2 tbls peanut butter
3 tbls Splenda granular
or 4 Splenda Packets
1/2 cup crushed ice
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth
2. Serve in 8 ounce glass

Protein 17 Grams Sodium 200 milligrams
