where I am now... (a book)
well right now Im stationed up in my living room, living outta a recleiner. finally got my meds and I'm sleepin for four hour at a shot... pain is somewhat bearerable right now final day of liquid diet sipping on my green tea and eatin my jello not havin' too much pain via gas (thanx for the tip)
Went for a walk this evening.. two laps around the apt complex don't know how long in miles it was forgot to take my counter but it was a 45 minutesish walk.. broke a light sweat, never felt winded, if you would've asked me to do that a few months go I wouldve been winded after walking one building over unsure of my weight well until Thursday night (no home scale) (PCP for Potasium/BP)
to avoid me to have to see the scars all my mirriors are covered with towels, i'm nervous about gettin a shower so hubby's been givin me a sponge shower, been cleanning my sights like I should anyways.
Since being in the hospital my BP and Potasium levels have been outta whack.. BP is kinda high while Potasium is kinda low, anyone else have/had these problems? Not too include my sugars are still high.
Tomorrow is 1st day of Puree diet.. kinda nervous I was gonna try Protein Shake, Cottage cheese, maybe baby food (apple sauce/bannannas) Hubby's gonna be gone for most of the day due to his own doctor appts that is one of the reasons that Im so nervous is by myself & start puree the same day!
House is a wreck b/c hubby was home alone for WAYYYY too long while I was in St Francis I guess that's all for now

Hi Christina,
I does get better, I can relate to the not being able to get comfortable. My husband went out and bought a brand new recliner and I didn't have the heart to tell him I couldn't get comfortable, so I said here honey, try the recliner, so he did and fell asleep and I went to our bedroom and went fast asleep. It does get easier, each day. And for pureed foods cottage cheese was my best friend.
Take care,
Dana
