Hello everyone, I hope this finds you in good spirits. I noticed that not A SINGLE PERSON posted yesterday. Gosh this boards is getting scarce. Well I hope everyone will just post to tell us how this beautiful Saturday turned out to be for them. I had a good day, walked all around and inside Farmer's Market in New Castle, then took the boys to a back to school BBQ. They swam and they had so much fun. YEAH School is Monday, and I can not wait so then I will just be home with my nephew who is 2. Well that is how my day was, and hope to see you posting soon. Christie

Christine, My day was far from exciting but still good. I walked 2 miles this morning and went shopping only to come out of the store to a downpour. My friend called and was bored so we went shopping some more and then I came home and started to clean out my clothes closet. Found a big pile to give to the Goodwill and a pile for a friend and a bigger pile for me of clothes that I haven't wore in quite a while I am not as happy as you that school starts on Monday since I work in a school and I have enjoyed having the summer off. Hi Christie, My day was great! I went shopping with my son and his girlfriend and my daughter, we went to White Marsh Mall, my son needed shoes and one more outfit for school. Oh how I miss the days I could go to Wal Mart and buy all of his stuff for school. Now he is 16 and will only wear certain things. It's a good thing he pays for most of his stuff, because I wouldn't be able to afford him. I tried on a pair of size 16 jeans and they fit. I didn't buy them because they were 60.00 I will not pay that for jeans. So today (sunday) I am going to my favorite store, Dots, and looking for some jeans. I could probally buy 3 pair for 60, and 3 tops too. Well, today sunday, I am going to the YMCA to sign up for my fall exercise classes. I want to take water aerobics and a abs class. They start next week. I hope they are not full yet. Well, thats about it for me. Have a great rest of the weekend. Dana

Hello All! Yesterday morning I went to Curves and worked out. Unfortunately, I also stepped wrong and rolled my left foot over and slightly sprained it. I finished my workout and went home and iced it off and on for the next 2 hours. This is the same foot that I badly sprained a year ago and I also have plantar fasciatis in. After I felt better I grabbed the pressure washer and washed off my front deck. It was looking pretty shabby. The kids had gotten into my citronella candles and spilled the oily wax all over it. Yes I did it in the rain! I figured I was going to get wet anyway so what the hell! But the deck looks pretty good except for the darker spots where the candle was spilled, but that will eventually fade over time and future washings. Don't feal really like eating anymore. Anybody get those Blah days where you just can't be bothered by eating? Dee

Hey Dee, even though you don't feel like eating, make sure you drink plenty of fluids. And if you are gonna drink, then make it count. Get your protein every way you can. Glad to see you out and having the energy to do things. Curves is good. Hope your foot is okay. Keep up the good job. How are you feeling? I went to the gym in the am then to BJ's shopping. Came home, put it all away. Went to dinner at Moe's with some friends. Had tortilla soup and the kids size quesadia (sp). Life is good. ((HUGS)) Elissa

Thanks E. I drank mostly protein shakes all weekend. My foot is feeling better but it's still a little sore so I'm going to stick to my "good" sneakers (no cute sandals) this week & see how it goes. I'm still really tired when I get home in the evenings but i'm sure as my body adjusts that will pass. I had my bloodwork done last week and see the DR on the 9th so we'll see how my levels are. I might need to up my iron & B12 a little. Dee

Hey Elissa, Where is the Moe's?? I am from down in Smyrna and I hadn't heard we had one yet. I went to one in Virginia while traveling and loved it!! I even thought about franchising one myself!! Thanks, Kristen

Kristen, Moe's is in the Brandywine Towne Ctr. Near Target off Rts 202 & Naaman's Road. Right around the corner from Trader Joe's. Go shopping and get a good southwestern dinner. Fun!! E
