Hey All, I saw this advertisement in a mag at the PCP office for protein chips, so i went to the web site http://www.kaysnaturals.com claims to be sugar free, high in fiber, protein... I won't be able to have these for some time, so maybe if someone else decides to get them you can let us know how they are. I think CHRIAS office has soy chips, I have never had them but maybe these aren't too far from that?? Anyway they look good, although that can be decieving, I have seen many things that look yummy but taste like dirt. -Christina

Christina, Thanks for the info. They are entirely different from the ones at CHRIAS. I checked out the ingredients and they're perfect for GB people. I ordered a trial size combination pack and will let everyone know how they are. Thanks again, Kathleen

Christina, I am 4 months out of surgery and really want hard crunchy foods like BBQ Corn Chips. I know I wion't loss weight eating them so I have tried Glennys Low Fat Soy Crisps (BBQ). They are really good and available at Wal Mart. Each bag has 2 servings. 70 calories ,1.5 g fat, 2g sugar and4.5g of protein per serving. Has anyone else tried these? They come in many other flavors and have a web site.www.glennys.com.I will check out that web site and compare. See you lighter. Joanne
