At GOAL...
Hi Tina,
Congratulations on making your goal. I am so happy for you. I agree on the exercising, I wasn't exercising like I should, and I also wasn't loosing, so one day at work I said enough is enough. I decided to start walking 10min on our 10:00 break and walking 20min. at lunch, I lost 12 pounds in a week and a half. I even have a walking partner now. So what I am doing is catching on and others want to walk too. But, exercising is a mind set, you do have to make your self get committed to it, but is sure feels good once you get into it.

seriously, i think is so awesome that u have accomplished what u set out to do...and i know u feel happier, healthier and all-over wonderful about the entire journey. and i'm glad that i have u for a friend!
