Wow Moment....

Okay I am in a new Dr. office and the question comes up do I drink....I reply on it yes...1/2 cup a month. She was so tickled by the fact I knew how much I drink...the 1/2 cup got her! I laughed after she pointed it out. I know I would not have wrote this before WLS.

Gosh, I'm so proud of you Debbie. You should show her your journal. She would be impressed to see everything thst goes in your mouth. Told you the the journal will keep you honest!! Did the new Dr. know anything about WLS or do you have to educate her?? We can all become consultants on it now. Do's & don'ts, ups & down's. What to take in and what not to take in. She was a good Doc....already educated which I was so pleased by! I actually liked her alot! Very down to earth and actually listened to me! Some things are changing! It was a hot one today.
