Debbie, You are doing GREAT!! You have come far. I have never missed one day of the diary since that support meeting. I write in it every morning (weight) and every night (weight & food). It is now a part of my day. I take everyday one step at a time and remind myself that it took me 4 years to gain the weight. You must try Rita's. I did try Bruster's "diet" ice cream. I like it. Good thing I don't have to pass there very often. Keep up the good job and be very proud of yourself! Jen

Thanks Dianne. I feel great! Try doing the diary. I keep the book next to my bed on the night stand. Every morning & night I see that book and fill it out. It is a great tool. Take care, Jen
