Weight loss update

Hello all, I went to the doctor today for a free blood pressure check and a weight check as well. My blood pressure was a whopping 120/80, which is great and with no medicine at all. I was taking 2 different pills twice a day in March before my surgery, so I am thankful I am off of them. I continue to stay off of diabetic medicine and a water pill. The big news is that I have lost a total of 160 pounds exactly. I was really happy about that. Thanks for thinking about me and praying for me as well. I am finally starting to feel really good now. I just did not realize it would take this long to feel good. It has been 4 1/2 months since the surgery. Joe Hutter Dover, DE
