Happy Re-Birthday to.........

Shay and Gail Burke!!!! Wow I can hardly believe it's been a whole year already and a somewhat smooth ride it has been!!!! I just thank God each and everyday for allowing me an opportunity to have a healthy new start @ life......And I feel good @ 124 lbs. lighter we won't even mention the clothes sizes that are constantly changing.....of course everyday in a new day even though I am not @ goal yet but hey I know someday I'll win this race @ my own pace....Geesh!!! but it is getting harder and harder Also, thanks to my wonderful 's Nikki Z. and Shelly you both what sweet memories the two of you have stowed upon me.....I could never forget the two of you A special thanks to all my supporters and friends I've meet along this journey!!!
