Well let me just say that with hubby taking out the treadmill, getting it set up; telling me something I guess. Well he was on the stationary bike, and my 16 yr. old that I took in was jogging on the treadmill. My husband got off she went to the bike, and I said okay let me get on the treadmill. I did for 5 min, and I was pooped. this is what I felt like, so I got a and went to bed. But the 5 minutes was better than nothing, considering I have not done anything since I moved. Christie

Christie, Rome was not built in a day....Five minutes is good! You will work yourself up to 20-30 minutes in no time. Take it easy and work to your pace! I remember the day when I started and I look back now and I am amazed at where I am in a year! 30 minutes use to be my goal...now my goal is 1 hour....not there yet! Make it fun and you will want to do it! Debbie
