2 week post op appt

I just got back from my 2 week post op appt with Dr. Wynn. I lost 13 lbs since the day of my surgery 7/20 and 18 lbs since my pre op visit on 7/15. During this whole weight loss journey I've lost 30 lbs total! I am excited!!!!!!

Hey Lisa, Congrats!!!!!! Cathy M here from your Life Skills classes - I'm very excited for you!!!! How did everything go - how are you making out with the foods. I go in on Monday - I can't wait!!!!!
