ICE - Emergency Contact Information - IMPORTANT IMHO

Not sure how many have already seen this, as I tend to be a step or two behind, but figured there were more like me out there somewhere, RIGHT??? Anyway, I received this information via email (THANK YOU SO MUCH) this morning and had one of those DUH moments. What a great idea!!! So just in case someone out here has not heard of this, I am posting it. Anyway, this information could really be important to not only WL'ers but to all of our friends and families and heck even an adversary or two may find it useful. Please know that I rarely forward emails (read never here) but this one seemed too important to not share as it could truly be a lifesaver. As a former Medic, I can not believe that I had never considered this before. You can make their job much easier with a simple idea that they are trying to get everyone to adopt: ICE. ICE stands for In Case of Emergency. If you add an entry in the contacts list in your cell phone under ICE, with the name and phone no. of the person that the emergency services should call on your behalf, you can save them a lot of time and have your loved ones contacted quickly. It only takes a few moments of your time to do. Paramedics know what ICE means and they look for it immediately. ICE your cell phone NOW! Please pass this information along to all you love.
