Help......

I haven't updated my profile in such a long time, I've forgotten how to. Could someone, anyone, tell me how to add updates?? Thanks Bonnie

Bonnie, Go to http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/newauthenter.phtml log in on the left hand side of your screen near the top you will see and area called general update I believe is the name click there and go down to where you see the place you can put things in the paragraph box and update away. Make sure you click the button at the bottom of the page that says something about saving your update or it will not save it when you leave the page. Have fun! Tammy
