Dana, I'm with you. I struggle with water. It actually upsets my stomach at times. I've been adding lemon and a packet of splenda to my water bottle. It seems to go down better that way. I drink a lot of crystal light on the go. I have to admit, some days I am below the recommended amount of fluid. Sometime I drink a big glass of carb countdown skim to get in the extra fluids. Deb

Hi Dana I try to drink 3 bottles of water a day. Sometimes iit'll start to gag me. It has to be cold with ice in it. As soon as it starts to warm I go for something different. I do 2 crystal lite orange and red grapefruit everyday, which I add the Unjury to and I've added all the Propel flavors for the evenings. I always carry a crystal lite on the go packet for those times when water just doesn't cut it. I have to admit some days it is easier to get in all the fluids, others it is not so easy. I try not to stress about it too much. See you ((HUGS))) Elissa

Wow, Thank you everyone for your imput, there is no reason what so ever I shouldn't get all of my fluids in now. Alot of great ideas were mentioned. I knew I came to the right place for help. Thanks again. Dana

I can't drink plain water it makes me gag. I love propel and I have been drinking the vitamin water sometimes you can find it at acme when they have the 10 for 10.00 sale I stock up on it. I also love the minute maid light lemonade and tropicana light lemonade. I have been getting in around 80 oz of fluid a day. Slimfast also makes a new high protein drink they have chocolate and vanilla each can has 15 grams of protein and they are very good.

All excellent ideas Dana. Something else I do that may help you ... I add a container of crystal light to a gallon jug of water. Just enough to lightly flavor the water and yet not that thick sticky feel ... just a light refreshing flavor. Plus that way you are not getting as much artificial flavoring. I also throw in a slice of lemon or lime in my glass of water Juice lemons and make homemade lemonade with splenda Don't forget the Popsicles - they count as fluids. I particularly like the Philly Swirl SF 10 calories a piece. Not much fluids, but sometimes every little bit counts. I have also just found the new Koolaid Invisible (watermelon Kiwi flavor). I make this with splenda. My kids and I love this. No dyes ... especially great! I also do the decaf coffee recipe on my profile. What I don't drink hot, I put in the fridge and drink cold or throw in the bullet with some ice for an occasional treat. YUM The propel can be cut with additional water to help it go further. Experiment with how much you like it cut. Do be aware though that Propel does have something like 3 gms sugar per serving. The bottles I used where 2 serving bottles. Not a big deal if you don't drink them all day long but could possibly cause a problem if this is the only fluids you drink? But quite honestly Dana, my best drink is still water. It quenches my thirst like nothing other. BUT I too had such a hard time with plain water for the longest time, but now I am back to being able to love it once again. Hugs, Tammy
