Hey Dineen. Welcome back to the world of post WLS. I think my 1st meal was a little oatmeal then mashed potatoes. Get creative. I added a little unflavored Unjury to everything. I started 3 crystal lite drinks with Unjury a day and I used the dry strawberry Isopure with milk, 1/2 banana or 2-3 strawberries blended into a smoothie. 80 grams of protein in liquids alone. It filled me up. I still do 2 protein drinks a day in addition to my food. Funny thing about the hunger isn't it? I cooked for my hubbie and didn't mind not eating it. I remember wanting the vinegar & oil off his salad and being very content. Good luck. ((HUGS)) Elissa
