LB is sharing her recipe's. Thanks Linda. We missed you. Elissa 2 packages of Sugar free cheesecake flavor Jello pudding ( found that at Acme ) 21/4 cups milk, you can use skim 1 8 oz container fat free cream cheese a smidge of lemon juice Blend that all up in the blender and pour into a graham cracker crust...or just in a dish if you don't want crust. topped mine with fresh cherries. That pie filling we used would be good too. Next time I plan to add a scoop of Unjury, or maybe some vanilla protein powder. The second recipe is for a dip/spread..really easy and VERY good 8 oz cream cheese ( I haven't tried using the fat free yet ) 1 scallion chopped very finely 1 package thin sliced ham or beef chopped finely ( the Carl Buddig 2.5 oz packs work well ) Dash of worcestershire sauce Serve with crackers. Very low cal, low fat. Have a great meeting and give my hello's to everyone! Linda

That sounds really good! I'm just back home from my hysterectomy..and very sore..ugh. and tired. But, this would be a nice treat! Especially with the added unjury! Thanks Elissa! Hugs, kimberly

Elissa, YUM, YUM, YUM!!! Cheesecake is one of my favorites that I've missed. I have a recipe for a "real" low-carb, Splenda-rized cheesecake, but it's a lot of work. This looks darn easy. I may try it this weekend! Yum! Thanks for sharing!!! Kristen
