how are all of you today? i am doing ok i went to pmri to excercise today i was there for an hour and it feels better now that i finally am getting used to doing it i have lost a total of 49lbs since april 25th and a total of 70lbs since march i try to excercise 3 times a week and i am doing good with getting in my vitamins and iron and b-12 and calcium as well as protein but my hair is falling out now other than that i am doing good i hope to here how everyone else is doing too your friend vickie

Sounds like you have had a wonderful day. I have been pretty busy trying to catch up on everything that I got behind on when I was out of town. Not quite sure I am ever going to really catch up .
I have had one protein drink thus far, small piece of steak and a salad. I am down 48 oz of water, 24 oz of sf koolaid, 12 oz of protein drink. I am up to speed on my vitamins today, as a matter of fact, I am a little ahead on my calcium. Say yeah! Obviously need more food in, but my tummy is not much in the mood to eat today (too hot). Likely will push a couple more protein drinks to keep my protein levels up. As far as exercise, I have done pretty well today. No gym ... but I did hit the bag in the garage and ran. Will likely get in some aerobics a little later after the kiddies settle down for bed.
Your weight loss is wonderful. Keep up the good work with the exercise and vitamins!!! Sorry to hear about the hair falling out, but remember, it passes. There were a few times I got a little worried about hair falling out, but truly it all ended up okay. Brett said to supplement with zinc for hair loss. I was on biotin also.
