Remember me? Well, I am still plugging away at WW, down 41.8 pounds
now! I had another hospitalization added to the mix a couple of weeks ago - AGAIN, but I have definitely decided that weigh****chers is the route I will take since I can't have the lap band. I was in the at the hospital for 6 days and lost 14 pounds - can't eat with my stomach issue when it flares up!
Just wanted to say hi to my virtual buddies here - after all, we are all in the same boat - trying to get healthier and look better and feel better!
Tracey - I think it is we can all do this together even though on different paths!
I will let you know how this Thursdays weigh in goes. I am hoping to be for joy!!!!!
hello pink so so sorry to hear you was in the hospital again,so glad you are doing better.and yes we all are on the same path and we are still always here for one another no matter what choice we make or take to lose weight we all know what it's like and so i can say i'll help you in everyway i can.we are here to support you and eachother and i'm sticking to it and i know there is alot of others will too.so you need anything please give a yell ok.were standing by yourside.your friend bonnie
Hey Pink. You sound like you are keeping on track. I'm so happy that WW is working for you. I think it is a great program. The support that you get is good there too. I used to work with a leader when I was at Longwood Gardens. She has a group in Prices Corner. Do you know Virginia Hanthorne? 41.8 lbs is really awesome. Just eat smart and drink plenty of fluids. The more you loose the more exercise you'll get in. That's the most important 3 things we can all do for our health. Eat, drink & exercise. Continued success. Keep posting. We all love haring the positive stuff. ((HUGS)) Elissa
