Plastic Surgery and CareFirst

Has anyone had experience with CareFirst BlueChoice and getting approval for the abdominoplasty? My employer is changing our healthcare provider. I would like to plan ahead, especially putting money into a Flexable Spending plan to cover copays for possible abdominoplasty this coming year. I would appreciate any advice on this healthcare coverage. Thanks, Donna
