Hi Bonnie....I'm still around. I've been up and down lately. Depression got the better of me lately. I'm very positive about having the surgery. It's all the stuff you have to go through to get it that gets me down. I'm a nervous freak and its getting the better of me. My husband and I are not speaking right now. That doesn't help. It will blow over but it still gets me down. Sorry to be such a bummer but it helps to vent. I have lots of appts this week...stress test on wed and the scope thing on friday. I'm already nervous about all of it. Do you know if I will get a day after my six weeks of life skills classes and drs. test. Also....I have to find a way to get my sleep study done sooner....any suggestions? It's not scheduled until October. I'm on the list to call when there is a cancelation but I haven't had a call. hello sharon so good to hear from you,so sorry to hear how stressful you are,just sit back take a deep breath and close your eyes and think of the ocean you can hear the water flowing and hear the seagulls and you see the most beautiful blue sky and the sun is shining bright,no one is there but you huh just listen closely the water and peace and quite. breath slowlyyyy breath slowly huh huh. do this from time to time and it will relax you and you will feel peaceful.just hang in there sweetie it will be over soon.where are you having your sleep study at? please feel free to come and vent anytime ok we are all here for you.well take care your friend bonnie

Hi Bonnie............. This weekend was pretty uneventful for me. Now on top of all of the other problems, I have a raging nasty summer cold. I guess it hit me really hard since I'm not getting in all of my proteins, vitamins, etc., due to getting sick. I'm going to call the PCP Monday for another app. (I had one Fri.) I have gotten steadily worst since Fri. But I did take my grandson out to the park for a little while on Sat. I returned some rented videos and that pretty much was my weekend! I'm having a hard time sleeping due to conjestion. Bonnie

Hi Bonnie: I had a great weekend. Took my daughter swimming on Saturday and we spent Sunday in Maryland boating. It was so hot but anyway my we had a great time. Getting very anxious....can't wait to be on the loosing side! Kim
