Help... questions??????

Hi everyone. I posted earlier, while I was at work, about going to see Dr. Irgau tomorrow afternoon. Should I ask him all of my questions tomorrow? Or should I wait some? I have questions like..... will losing weight rapidly affect my heart? and What will happen to all of my tattoos? Has anyone had experience with him? Nicki at his office seems VERY sweet.

Welcome Jennifer. Ask away. He'll answer everything. Gosh I don't have a tatoo. Some people who have them can answer that question. Try to make it Saturday to PMRI. Very informative. Lots of us attend the support mtgs there. Elissa

My tatoo didn't change but then again its on my arm! Didn't have heart problems before surgery....no problem afterwards either. Nicki is really nice and is a wealth of knowledge along with others on this site. Dr will help and if you have questions afterwards fire away! Good luck with your journey. Debbie

Jennifer, You are more than welcome! Bet you are a bit excited and nervous at the same time about your visit today eh? I sure was ... but Dr I, was absolutely wonderful. He made me feel so at ease. Make sure you ask all the questions you need to ask to be comfortable with your decision. Nothing is taboo. Dr Irgau will patiently answer any questions you may have. If you can take someone close with you, it may help to calm you as well as help you to remember everything after the appointment. If not, you can always call back in with any questions that you may have missed or forgotten. Everyone there is simply wonderful and help you anyway they can. Let us know how it goes for you! Tammy, Thanks. I am beyond nervous. I have been at work all day and have not been able to get 1/2 of what I wanted accomplished. I just keep reading all of the information on this website. My friend at work, Sue, bought me that bariatric eating book. We are waiting for it to come in. She's really supportive. Plus I am taking my stepmonster, (June a wonderful woman) with me to the Dr office. She'll know when to ask questions I have forgotten. haha. But I am so excited! Hopefully this will be a new lease on life. My husband was suppose to be working late, but now he's home and probably wants to go with me too. Oh well. Thanks again for all of your support.
