49 pounds is great! Please don't despair, you are doing an awesome job! Are you feeling better? Advice? - Push the plain ole H2O - water, water and more water. Make sure you are getting in enough protein and exercise. Take all your vitamins, and if you are sensitive to insulin, you may want to watch the simple carbs. But most of all, relax, and let your body lose the way it wants to lose and enjoy the journey along the way. We all take different paths, but we all get to the same place. So it is impossible to accurately compare your loss with anyone else (without pulling your hair out - and we post ops don't need to do that! ) Keep up the good work Bonnie!

49 lbs is soooo great. Don't worry. Are you keeping a journal. Usually if you up the water & protein you'll start loosing big time. How about exercise? I know it's really hot ouside. The 1st month all I did was go up and down my cellar steps multiple times a day. It was winter and the ice & snow kept me cooped up insude. As soon as I was 1 month out, I went to the pool at Kirkwood Fitness. I loved walking and doing exercises in the water. No stress on the joints and no sweating. (I have this thing about sweat.) Started adding the nautalis equiptment at about 6 weeks. Take it slow. But get yourself moving. It will speed up the process. ((HUGS)) Elissa
