Hi all! It has been a while since I posted but I thought i could use the support and prays of this powerful group. Things are not going well at my job that I love and I don't know If I'll have a job next week. Please please pray for me that it will all work out and that I will still have my job. It has been very stressfull on me. I feel sick to my stomach all the time and I am eating very little. I don't know what to do because I don't want to get sick over this. So please pray for me. Your prayers are so powerful on this site. That is why I am asking for your help. Iam down over sixty pounds since surgery ( I think I've lost 5lbs just being nervous these past two days.) Anyway thanks for your support in this. I'll keep you posted. Jenn

Jennifer, Prayers are being sent your way! Best of luck! Although, just remember, "when one door closes, another one opens". Sometimes, it's hard to know why things happen, but they almost always happen for the right reasons. I lost my job of almost 18 years in November, fortunately, I got 54 weeks severance pkg. I am now going to school, scheduled to graduate in about 10 weeks and am VERY happy! I did love my job as well, but realized that I needed to make a change in my life and I wouldn't have done it if they hadn't 'shoved' me out the door! Best wishes! Here's hoping everything works out the way you want it to! Valerie

Jenn, Hang in there! I lost a job I absolutely loved after many years working for the same company. At first, my thoughts were like yours, I just wanted to hold onto that job no matter what. But as time went on, the stress level got way too out of control and I decided enough was enough. So now I have moved on and I can't say it's all great but it is better than continual stress. I'll admit, there are times I feel like I am floundering and starting back at the beginning with a new career is not the greatest...but take a deep breath and try to relax, enjoy the accomplishments you've gained through your weight loss, and you'll get through it! TAKE CARE, Sending good thoughts your way! KIT :>)

Jenn, Prayers have been lifted up for you and I will continue to keep you in prayer. Trust in your Lord that He sees the total picture and has you in the palm of His hand. May the peace that passes all understanding be yours in this storm. Hugs, Tammy
