THANKS FROM MARY CLARK
Hi,
It's Mary Clark. I see people have been talking about me when i was not around and I am GLAD . How surprised was i when i heard someone calling my name. Someone I never even met. Coming to check on my well being. Thanks to GiGi, Bonnie (who had surgery the same day as me) and Alissa, I believe that was her name. (I was a little groggy, heck i was alot groggy) for coming to see me. Thanks for the emails I received. Thanks for the prayers that went out on my behalf. The rest of the world could learn a thing or two from the good people on this message board. THANKS, THANKS AND THANKS again. I am home with my two beautiful kids, and happy. I LOVE YOU ALL. It really meant alot to me to see the love and support that is on this board. Hopefully I will see some of you Monday at the Meeting at PMRI. It will be my first so i am excited about that too.

Welcome home Mary!
Congrats on getting the surgery out of the way on getting on with your journey of impossible dreams! Make sure you keep a good journal of all the WOW moments to come! They certainly make good reading during those times of slower weight loss or stalls and they sure do help others coming behind you to see that we are all in this together and we all have the same struggles.
Alissa = Elissa - excellent friend and confidant along with Gigee and Bonnie! Truly amazing people! They are all in this to help each other along the way! Isn't it just amazing at how one minute someone can be a stranger and then the next a good friend? I have met so many wonderful, truly wonderful people here on this board, that I am now honored to call friends!
Hang in there, the second week is the hardest as far as being tired goes. But nothing you can't easily handle. Just rest when you need it and continue to walk and do your breathing exercises to keep those lungs free and clear and keep the blood clots away.
Any concerns, questions or joys you want to share, you will find many here who will do all they can to help and certainly share in your joys with you along your journey!
Hugs,
Tammy

We try to get in there to cheer you up and give you positive vibes. Sooooo make sure you find us on Monday night. ((HUGS)) Elissa
