New Beginnings Support Group

Our next meeting will be on Thursday, June 9th at 7:00 p.m. at my house. I am looking for a location to hold future meetings since our group is really starting to grow. St. Francis Hospital is telling patients about our group here in Smyrna. I have six new guests that are supposed to join us next week. So, if anyone has any suggestions on local locations please let me know. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO OUR JUNE POST-OPS!! With the warm weather finally getting here.... we all need to make sure we get out and start WALKING!!! Perhaps we can start a little walking "Buddy" group. The Smyrna North Elementary has a nice paved 1 mile walking path, kid friendly playground too! Let me know what you all think! Hi Ginger, I was looking at the posts in Delaware and notice your group is in Smyrna. Which is great because I live in Smyrna and hated the idea of having to drive to Wilmington for support meetings. I'm a patient of Dr. Iragua's and have opted to go through St. Francis Hospital (my grandfather, uncle, and son's name is Francis, I was hoping that was a good sign). I'm hoping to have the lapband procedure, will that exclude me from your group? Lisa Lange
