Hi all, I came back to work yesterday, and I'm doing fine. Still working hard to get all of my protein and fluids in. Over the course of the last 5 weeks I think I've only missed my protein target of 90g on one day. I'm beginning to feel the exhaustion though, so I'm only work half days for the next week or two, then I'll come back full time. On July 30th I leave for England for a month long business trip...whew! I hope all of you are doing well! Joni

Welcome back to the working world. I know it is hard to get back to getting up each morning. I only have 1 1/2 weeks of school left and then I am so looking forward to the summer. Hope to see you and Jenn soon. Ellen

Thanks for the work update/post. I was soooo lucky I didn't have to go back to work. I was on severence from January til September. Gave me a chance to go to the gym and start becoming healthier. Try to take it easy. Don't push too much. It does take awhile to get back to normal. I never had a problem with the protein either. The fluids were a little tougher. But I got in as much as I could. Wow, England for a month. Gotta get a big suitcase so you can carry some protein & food with you. I carried 5 cans of Unjury and 5 cannisters of red grapefruit crystal light to Hawaii with me. Boy was I glad to have it. Made life so much easier for me. TT you soon. Elissa

So wonderful to hear from you! And you take it easy while you can. It sounds like July could have a little fun in the mix. Jenn going with? Love you girl! Gigee

England, lucky you? You might want to fedex yourself your protein drinks before you leave so they'll be waiting for you when you arrive (I wouldn't trust those airline baggage handlers!). Good luck! Dee

We do it with presentation materials and survey equipment all the time. If you notify the hotel you're staying at they will hold the package until you arrive. Use the 2nd day option like 3 days before your departure and it should be there the night before you arrive. If not, you can track it. Call your hotel and verify that you can do it, if not you can contact fedex and they will hold it at their facility for pick-up. Have fun! Dee
