I just came from CHRIAS and have exciting news!!! I'm down 20 pounds in one month add that to the 28 pounds I lost on the PMRI diet, and I'm down a total of 48 pounds!!! And FINALLY I get to get OFF pureed food!!! (Now the old me would have celebrated with a pepperoni pizza, but now I'm going to go have scrambled egg whites!!!

) Halleluiah!!!!! Amen!!!!!

Awesome, Joni. Congrats on the weightloss. Now do be careful, this is where I ran into trouble. I never vomitted on the puree stage, and apparently I started solids a little to aggresively. Sounds like you know exactly what to do. Wishing you continued success. Dianne

So Joni, How'd the scrambled egg whites taste? I had prioblems with eggs for months. I kept trying them different ways. EEEWWWWW. I used to love eggs. Now about the only way I like them is hard boiled and chopped in a salad. Here's to the next 48 lbs.
