It's such a small world

I had tried many times in the past to visit Kenn and never seemed to find him in his room. One day I snuck in while he was sleeping and left a card. And I've sent him at least one email at the hospital. Yesterday Vickie sent me an email letting me know that Kenn was requesting my presence at the hospital so he could meet this stranger who kept supporting him. So I jump right up and head over. There he is. All awake. We are talking and talking and becoming fast friends. Deciding we need to hang out once he gets out. After and hour (oh yes we talked that long) and I'm about to head out I mentioned the group I sing with. Kenn looked at me and asked if I ever went to Bingo-a-go-go. (The group I sing with is one of the sponsors for this fund raiser). I said yes. Then at the same time.... We point at each other.... in unison we say OH MY GOD!! and as I'm saying... YOU WERE IN THE RED DRESS he's saying YOU WORE THE WHITE DRESS!! We were laughing and got so loud that I'm surprised the hospital didn't kick me out. Yup, Kenn and I had met before at the Halloween Costume Bingo. He was wearing a red dress with "high boobs" (he had even asked my opinion about them since some woman told him they were too high - I of course said, no way! they are fine, depending on the bra I can make mine that high too... ) and I was in a fairy god-mother getup, blonde wig and crown. It was way too funny and this world is way too small and I enjoyed every moment! Oh yes, Kenn and I became fast friends lol. I was so happy to see his spirits are up and he's feeling and eating pretty darn good. Way to go Kenn. I told him he had to get on this board when he gets out and meet everyone so expect to see him! thanks so much gigee for going to see him he needed the laughs to brighten his day he is a special friend that i just met in the life skills class and he is infectious he just has a presence about him that draws you in and he is a very nice person my fiance knows his family too so we have lots in common lol he talks for hours on end because he is just a very social and likeable guy i hope you seen the same as i did in him again thanks for going to see him it is much appreciated vickie
