Burger pizza - no crust
by Dame Tooter
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon fresh basil, minced (for dried reduce amount to 1 tsp.)
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, minced (for dried reduce amount to 1 tsp.)
1 clove garlic, minced (for dehydrated use 1 tsp.)
1/2 cup pizza sauce (I like Ragu)
1 package Hormel pepperoni slices (or meat of choice or omit it altogether)
Optional add-ons: diced bell peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, black olives, etc.)
2 cups Kraft Pizza cheese (to make you can combine equal amounts of finely shredded mozzarella and mild cheddar cheeses)
In a large bowl combine ground beef with basil, oregano and garlic. Spread this out in a 2-inch deep baking dish, pushing the meat up the sides to form a 'shell'. Bake in a 350 degree F. oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through, but not dry. Carefully drain off any excess grease. Spread over the top, but not up the sides with pizza sauce, meat, and any toppings you like. Lastly, spread cheese evenly over and bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.

Hey, looky who's hangin' out here in Delaware! You're welcome to eavesdrop any ole time you want to...umm..now about that dinner..I was thinkin' maybe around 6? You could fly here, getting a direct flight to either Baltimore or Philly, I'm about a 45 min drive from both so that's flexible huh! Cook dinner, stay and chat, hop your flight back home and with the time difference be back before your kids and hubby even knew you were gone. See, I have it ALL worked out
Oh yeah....then I woke up
Linda
