Back to Work
I've lived the life of a non-working person long enough and return tomorrow and it's concert week as well. So I'm going from nothing to burning the candle at both ends. It usually takes me a couple of weeks to adjust to things so if I'm quite, you know why!
I don't know of anyone in our community here that is having surgery this week. Please share if you do!
What a great experience this has been so far. I am down 42 lbs, 3 top sizes, 2 bottom sizes and I'm walking 2 miles at a time WITH the blessings of my knees. They are no longer swelling or getting sore on me. My knees are why I had this surgery and am tickled pink that they have felt so better so quickly.
Ya'll take care!

I know what you will be saying on Tuesday.....WOW I am tired!
Glad that your knees are improving....as you go along this journey so will so many other things. When you start to notice the little things you will know you are truly blessed!
I have to get back to the garden....I have so much to do but so little time.
I hope you have a happy Monday!
Debbie
This week is the flowers....next week starts the veggies....We have 6 beds of flowers......2 beds of veggies! The grass mowing gets less each year LOL. The only problem with gardening is it starts to interfere with my daily exercise routine. I know I can count it but it goes away in September which forces me to get back to the other routine. I want to try and stay consistent in that area. I know how I am. Made it to the Y just in time to get a good work out last night and they informed me starting in June they want to close at 6PM the weekends. I guess I will have to reevaluate what I am doing! Happy Monday!
