3 month update at PMRI

Well I went to my 3 month appointment today and all of my blood work was great all my levels were finally normal it sounds so good to be normal for a change the only thing I have to work on is more protein mine was at 17 and she said it should be 20 or above. They measured my neck, waist, and hips and I lost a total of 19 inches in just those 3 places that made me feel so good today. I love my new life this has been such a great journey so far and I still have a lot more to look forward to. I feel so good about how I look now I no longer stay inside I want to go everywhere now. I thank you guys for being here for me and can't wait to finally meet you guys at a meeting I have to work on the 21st but I hope to make the next meeting in June. jump::

Congratulations Michelle, it also felt good on my 3 month appt. although now I forget my measurements. yeah that is protein level is low I started before surgery at 19 and they told me that was low. I think mine is like 22 now. I still have to work on getting more in. Christie
