56 pounds is GREAT!!!! The hair loss will slow down soon. Get your protein levels up and keep them above 60 and you should start to see improvements in the hair department. Mine was trickling out up until my 5 month. That is a hard thing to deal with and I hope it goes away for you soon. Debbie

If you wear a size 11 you can have mine! They are now too big! harumph - and my fav shoes too. But wait. OMG! I think I saw them (well close to them) in florescent orange at the mall the other day, would those to? I have been walking at DelCastle park. Did 2 miles today! wohooo.

Boohoo...I am only a 9...and a regular 9 not a 9 wide anymore! LOL. Okay which mall and what store....Orange use to be my maiden name so there is some sentimental attachment to the color....I think Orange sneaks with a wonderful bright lime green outfit would be to die for....I am so proud of you with the 2 mile walk. Christiana Mall. In the food court (of all places) is this store that we would never buy things in (trust me lol). But my son wanted to go in there and don't you know I found those orange converse high tops in there lol. they are awesome. I didn't get them... yet I will *grin* I go back to work on Monday and now I've been off so long that I am completely content at home. Go figure lol. I don't wanna do work hour traffic.. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Gigee

Not only have you done an awesome job in the weight loss department, but you are stepping out of your comfort zone and into unchartered waters!!! Not an easy thing to do for sure, and yet, here you are ... doing it!!! I am SO PROUD of you!!! And so very happy for you!!! I went to your profile and saw your before and after pic side by side ... the difference is staggering for lack of a better word. Truly Debbie, you have done an awesome job and I could not be happier for you!!! Do know that after the last meeting, I had a couple of people ask me who you were. They could not believe it was you. They had seen your message board photo, but you had changed so much since that photo was taken that they did not recognize you from it. How cool is that??? While you are still the same sweet person on the inside, your outside has taken on a whole new persona!!! Don'tcha just love the side effects of this surgery???
