Hi Vernette,
I don't know if you'll remember exactly who I am, but we keep meeting at the PMRI cooking classes. I know how time can get away from you and make it hard to do all you have to -- like check OH on a regular basis!
I just wanted to add, when I saw your reply here, that you and others like you -- who have gone before someone like me (my surgery was in August 2004) -- are a GREAT INSPIRATION. Every time I have spoken you have had encouraging words for me, offered advice on things that worked (or didn't) for you....I appreciate it.
Big thanks to you and all the other "veterans" who have helped me. That includes you too, Elissa my angel, even though I am jealous of your recent trip to Hawaii. :>)
Hi Vernette!
Congratulations on a fantastic year. I agree with all the above responses -- you truly are inspirational. I wish you continued success in the next year and hopefully you and I can catch up with each other at the fitness center or for walks at battery sometime. Give me a call!
Again all the best!

Congrats on your tremendous weight loss. You always offer encouragement when I see you at the PMRI meetings. I had my surgery on 2/2/05 and have lost 75 pounds but am struggling with protein intake and drinking diet sodas. Please offer some encouragement and suggestions. Thanks and enjoy the conference
