Update on Karen

I just spoke with Karen. The ran the scan on her today. The blood clot is still there but it would appear that it is smaller than the last scan YEAH! She is sounding better and stronger. They are giving her demerol and it is not making her sick to stomach and it is helping her with the headaches she has been having. She will be in the hosp until at least Sunday. Tomorrow is another day of rest for her (no tests!). And is anxious (as we can all imagine) to get some ice chips or juice. Thank you all for your prayers and encouragement. It's working! Gigee
