I know she will see this. Julie you are a beautiful person and I love you with all my heart. I know your Journey will start May 3 and I will be praying for you and can't wait for you to join me on the losing side. Then we can be thin together!!!! I know you are ready for the journey and I will be with you the whole time. We make a wonderful team and I am proud of you and will be proud of you no matter what. You are a brave, intelligent and beautiful person. Now it is time to get your body that way too. With all my love mom To everyone else I have lost 64 lbs, from 261 to 195. I feel wonderful. I am very lucky and probably very rare. I have never dumped and have never gotten sick. I follow the 11gram fat and 2 gram sugar per meal faithfully. Although salad is good I get burps and hiccups after eating; weird!!! I don't like any beef except tenderloin and prime rib and burger. Don't like ham slices or rubbery texture meat. Can eat about anything else with the rules. I have had no hair loss yet but I guess Im getting enough protein. Thats hard for me. I have supplment milk shakes in between because I can't meet 74 grams a day sometimes. (actually alot). Eggs are my new friend. Vegetable omelets good friend and poached eggs friend. I have to be careful of carbs. I don\t lose if I eat alot of them. I have to exercise some every day. Thats important and I bring bottled water with me everywhere. I hate water so I do the crystal lite or walmart drop in things for bottled water. Target has their own brand too. Really good. Thanks for all the support in the past. If you want to email me with questions please do so for the newbies. I only have to say it was worth it. I am a new woman. I am a regular size 18 as of two days ago. No more lane bryant for me!!!!! I just can't stop looking at myself and this is something because I hated looking at myself at all. Hang in there. I had some plateaus but I adjusted my exercise and eating and started losing again. And I lost inches when I didn't lose weight. Will up date again soon. thanks again for the support. Hope to see you all again with Julie at the support meetings

Nancy, How sweet of you! I just emailed some more support to Julie this morning. It is awesome that the two of you can do this together! I am proud of both of you. Your food situation sounds much like mine (except eggs, my body no longer cares for them!). But, the beef, yup, give me filet mignon or prime rib or burger - YUM! But pork/ham...UGH! Ok, I have been sick once, at week 5, but that is it! No hair loss either, if anything, my hair is thicker & fuller than it's ever been! I too, have problems with carbs and need to exercise more, but I know what I need to do to have my program work for me and somedays I do better than others. So, best of luck to both of you and continued success in your journey. Valerie

To my mother!!!!! I love you sooo much!!!! Thanks for your wonderful support. I am also very proud of you. You look beautiful. I am lucky to have you as my support through this whole thing. This was our dream and now we are doing it together. I would not want to go through this with anyone else. I am a little nervous but I feel stronger that you are by my side. I cannot wait to get to the losing side with you. All my love and support, your daughter, Julie
