Only three I.D. hearts left

Hello everyone: Some of you have asked about the heart Medical ID tag that I wear as a necklace. I have had some more made (I get them in New York) and I have three left. They are 14K gold and are already engraved with: Gastric Bypass No NSAIDS NO NG tube 302-892-9900 They come with the little hook to put on any necklace or bracelet. They are $75.00.
