My PCP is pulling together the records and writing up a summary letter of medical necessity right now to fax over to Dr Wynn's office...hopefully this will be enough for Aetna. If not, I'll do the multi-discipline 3 month program, I am NOT giving up on this. Joni

YOU GO GIRL!!! You've worked too hard and too long to get defeated by the insurance monster. I just came back from my appt at PMRI and nurse at told me to write a letter to the Insurance Commissioner and explain your case. She said that the individual companies don't like to tangle with the Commissioner and will usually bend a little more easily if you have them in your corner. Keep chopping away at them! I was also told that Medicare is about to pass a bill that allows weightloss surgery simply upon evidence of Morbid Obesity - no cormorbs necessary!! They set the standard for the rest of the Insurance world so things may be looking up!! Simply Gawjus
