Update - Our little angels in the hospital!!!

I was in DE today and stopped by the hospital. Talked with Shirley and she was doing quite well. She seemed to be in great spirits, but a little tired. Imagine that after surgery? *grin* SO I didn't stick around but I gave her all your good wishes. Now about our little Gigee ... she was still in the surgical area when I was there. I just called again and they said she is not in her room yet. However, she was not an early appointment today, I think her surgery was something like 10:00 am. I talked with her son in the waiting area about 1:00 I think and he said that she had been down there for about 2 hours. BTW - He was a terrific guy, guess he gets that from his mom. When I was up on the third floor, they told me that Gigee was going to be put into 3025A (my old bed I think). Anyway I won't be around for a while to check again, so hopefully someone will get the scoop by the time I happen back in here. Just got a call ... have to run for now!!! Take care everyone!

Hey there! I just called the hospital and Gigee is in room 3025B - there was no answer when I called to her room. I will be going to visit shortly and will update you all then. Valerie

I am so happy for her....Thanks for checking in. I will be looking for Val's update! How are you doing? You need to slot some time for a support group my twin! Its lonely without ya!
