PROTEIN SHAKE RECIPES
Frappachino Protein Shake
1tbs instant coffee(or splash of cold coffee)
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
2 handfuls ice
1/2 cup skim milk
Blend thoroughly
Orange Julius Protein Shake
8oz non-fat plain yogurt
1 can (6oz)orange juice concentrate
2 1/2 cup skim milk
1Tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops protein powder of your choice
Put ingredients in blender, blend until smooth
Yields 6 3/4 cup servings!!
Peach Creamsicle
6oz crystal lite peach tea
2 tablespoons SF instant vanilla pudding
6 packets Splenda®
6 ice cubes
Blend thoroughly
Rootbeer Float Protein Shake
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 12 ounce can of diet root beer(open and flat)
4 or 5 ice cubes
2 packets Splenda®
Blend until frothy and enjoy!
Apple Pie Frosty Protein Shake
1 or 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 apple peeled, cored, and sliced(or 1/2 cup no sugar added applesauce)
2 packets Splenda®
1/2Tsp cinnamon
1/4Tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup water
8-10 ice cubes

I tried the following recipe:
Peach Creamsicle

2 tablespoons SF instant vanilla pudding
6 packets Splenda®
6 ice cubes
Blend thoroughly
I found it to be super thick, like pudding and way sweet. I've adjusted by adding more water less Splenda. Do you use it as indicated or did you have to make adjustments as well?
