Linda, You have done a fantastic job....And what a journey it is indeed. Many things happen and yes some were not expected but good things come out of everything we do right. You are so right about making the best of each of the stages we go through. The stage I am in now seems to be the tweaking stage. Can eat almost anything but have to be more conscious of calorie intake. This has always been the hardest stage I think. I could not do it before surgery and now I HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO MAKE IT WORK! Glad we met at the Saturday meeting. You have a lot to offer! Keep up the good work. Happy One Year Anniversary too! Debbie

Hey Roomate, I can't believe it's been a year. I've been stuck at 100 lbs. for about a month. I now wear size 12 jeans, on the tight side, but who cares. It's weird I'm putting make up on and not leaving the house unless I look in the mirror half a dozen times. LOL I wish I knew how to post my pictures. You have help me along the way, knowing if there's a bump in the road that I'll get over it sooner or later. Good luck Linda, your doing GREAT... Bobbie Kachmar
