Darn! Did I drop off the face of the earth or what?! You all gave up on me quite awhile ago, dincha! Anyway, I do extend my sincere apologies for being so scarce. My life has been a swirl of changes ... I am now the Queen of England ... hahaha. Actually there have been a bunch of changes for me. For starters, since the Life Skills class and my surgery in mid December, I've lost at least 72 lbs. I'm a little over half way to goal! I feel better than I have in 15-20 years! I'm energized, physically and mentally. I'm wearing clothes I've had tucked away for a long while ... I'm just waiting for the 80s look to come back ... And (this is a biggie...) I resigned from the job I was at for 7 years in order to pursue better career opportunities! My last day is the 23rd. I also have a new husband ... ... TOTALLY kidding on that one! So what's this I hear about a 3 hour PMRI class next Saturday? Well, my dears, I have missed you! Maybe I'll see you soon! Sandi

I have missed you little missy!! And how dare you become the queen and over-shadow my princess status! *grin* 72 lbs!!!!! I'm so excited for you! That is awesome! Best of luck to you on the career move. Bigger and better things await you. And this can be an exciting time. I don't know about you, but I tend to like change. Especially in the working world. I love the challenges. Now about the 80s. I hear leg warmers are back so the rest of your stuff should make the best of the fashion gurus drool. I'm sure of it lol Gigee

Queen status! I can see why you are so busy. LOL. You are doing really well with the 72 lbs loss. And don't worry about the 80's fashion statement...everything goes these days! You can wear white shoes in the winter and black in the summer no biggie! The fashion police were laid off so no one will know! Congrats on the new job. I start my new job on Monday. I am a little afraid and hope I do well. I still have the old husband but don't think I am ready to change him! He is a keeper. Keep up the good work. Debbie

Hello Sandi, Great to hear from you. I have been thinking about you!!! Yeah, I know I could have called. Congrats on all the new changes in your life. Glad to hear you are keeping the hubby around - he's a keeper. Life has been a little crazy here as well. In January my hubby was taking a stress test and won a trip to Christiana Hospital where he stayed for 3 weeks. He underwent a triple heart bypass surgery as well as one of his coradic arteries needed surgery as well. He is home now and recovering nicely and going to rehab 3x week. I can't wait to see you again, I probably won't be able to recognize ya. We could have a fashion show on all the 80's clothes and quite possibly start a new fashion trend. lol Since surgery in December I am down 67 pounds and like you am fitting into clothes that haven't seen the light of day in years. Don't ya just love it!!!!!! Hope to see you soon!! Ellen
