First off, take a deep breath. Put the smokes down for good. I know it's hard but it's necessary and really worth it. Work on getting your frame of mind where it needs to be and it will be all good. You have a lucky surgery date, that's my one year anniversary and if March 23 is half as good to you as it was to me, you are gonna be just fine.

Good for you Shirley. Smoking isn't an easy thing to stop. I used to smoke 2 packs a day. I went to a hypnotist about 13 yrs ago. I replaced the cigarettes with cylinders of water and a fake cigarette. My kids used to crack up when I puffed on the all filter one. Unfortunately I gained weight after I stopped smoking. So try to stay focused and positive and say hey if you need us. Elissa
