Fiber tablets
Donna, I eat about 1/2 cup of oatmeal in the morning with some ground flaxseed in it. Little splenda and a tiny pat of butter. I put about 1/4 cup of skim carb countdown milk on it. This seems to be enough fiber for me. I am regular. No problems. Try different combo's that will be good for you. What works for me doen't necessarily work for everybody. ((HUGS)) Elissa
