Blessing!

Hi all, It has been a while since I have posted and I wanted to tell you how blessed I am to have this forum of friends to share and to help throughout my journey thus far. In the beginning I did not know what I had gotten myself into and you were there for me to support and encourage me with recipes, jokes and postive feedback. You understood. I am now about 7 mos out and down 80+ pounds! I am now wearing size 14's comfortably. My health is improved greatly and my energy is through the roof! I had my first vacation to sunny Fla last week and felt so great when I could sit comfortrably on the plane. The blessings are so many too enumerate but I do want to thank you all for being there for me. Without your support and the great program at PMRI and the wonderful doctors here in De I do not think I would have fared this well so fast. Peace and blessings to you all! Terre

Hello Terre. Long time, no see. Congrats on the -80. Keep up the good work. Great job getting your health under control. The journey isn't over yet.
